This is my favorite craft store! They have an amazing selection of paper, art supplies, decorating materials, flowers, paints, ribbons, and everything you need for creative projects. The store is always clean, well-organized, and inspiring. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer questions. Every visit gives me new ideas and motivation to create something beautiful. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves DIY, home dรฉcor, painting, floristry, or crafting. I always leave with a smile and lots of inspiration! ๐จ๐ธโจ

Appreciate the yarn and fabric selection...but have to save up for my next trip! Would love to see the addition of jaquard dyes by the jar. I upcycle thrifted textiles and would rather not have to go to Norwalk! Framing? Fine for ready made and inexpensive prints. Anything else? Check out Art of Framing on High Ridge Rd...I used to work with the owner at AIF in Port Chester. Happy crafting!๐ฝ

OMG - CALEB IS AMAZING!!!!! It's quite rare these days that someone goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to help a customer, and Caleb did just that today!!! It's senior prom, and we decided to host a last-minute pre-prom gathering and wanted balloons. I called and thankfully spoke with Caleb. He told me exactly what I needed to do to order online. He knew I was in a time crunch, and when the order came through, he realized it wasn't what we'd discussed on the phone. HE CALLED ME!!! Yes! He didn't wait until I went in to pick the balloons up; he actually called me. He wanted to be sure I got exactly what I wanted and walked me through how to fix the order online so he could make exactly what I wanted. WOWWWW! This just blew me away. THAT'S HOW YOU SERVE CUSTOMERS!!!!! THANK YOU, CALEB!!!

Horrible experience with this store. No greeting of customers. Employee at the checkout line was rude to multiple customers while I was on line. 2 people accidentally scanned an item twice at self checkout and he was extremely dismissive towards them and embarrassed them in front of the entire line and yelled at them to wait while he took care of the standard line. I had a return to make and before I was even spoken to he took my receipt and looked at all my Items carefully as if I had stolen them. I asked if there was a problem and he immediately called over a store manager who also delayed making my return because it was not purchased at this location. Iโve never seen this done before in all my years working in retail. I donโt think Michaelโs corporate would be happy seeing a store run this way.

Welcoming helpful staff, great faux flowers, vase, glass pebbles - perfect addition to my prayer nook - I think it all came to under $40
